Cancellation Policy
Failure to cancel or reschedule your session with 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit. If there is a "no-show", you will be charged full-price for the scheduled appointment. Emergency cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Although it is rare, if your reiki practitioner needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be given 24-hours' notice whenever possible.

Cell Phones
All devices should be silenced or turned off prior to your session.
Crystals
Crystals are placed on your body aligned with chakra points, connecting the physical and supernatural elements of the body and acting as conduits for healing — allowing positive, healing energy to flow into the body as negative energy flows out.
No Shows
A grace period of 15-minutes after the start time of your scheduled session will be given before considering it a "no show". A "no show" will result in full payment due. If two "no shows" occur, services will no longer be offered.
Payment
Credit cards are accepted for payment. Gratuity are not mandatory, but greatly appreciated.
Scents
Each reiki session uses palo santo, sage, and aromatherapy (DoTerra essential oils in a diffuser) to help clean the air, energetically clear the space, promote respiratory health, and support deep relaxation. If you have any allergies, please be sure to notify the reiki practitioner before the session begins.

Strong fragrances/perfume application should be avoided.
Sickness
If you are sick, especially with a potentially contagious respiratory infection such as a cold or flu virus, please call to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
Oracle Cards
Oracle cards are used as tools for divination, spiritual guidance and insight to help an individual set an intention at the start of their day, or gain a deeper understanding of any given circumstance. In comparison to Tarot cards, oracle cards hold a lot of ‘big' energy. They give insight into the greater sense of what is going on, but Tarot cards can provide more detailed interpretations. Oracle cards are only used in my sessions.
