Since 2008, I’ve created a regular yoga practice to manage my anxiety, childhood trauma, and chronic pain. In navigating symptoms associated with my “suspected” endometriosis diagnosis for over a decade, I became passionate about health and wellness.
As a 500hr certified yoga teacher and second-degree reiki practitioner, I aim to guide others in their wellness journey by curating unique healing rituals. In my healing process, I discovered my ability of clairsentience was innately available, and offer energy healing to promote stress reduction and relaxation. Being enrolled in the Health Education master’s degree program at Teachers College, Columbia University, my experiential and spiritual skills are complemented by the practical learnings offered through this program.
Everyone has the power to regenerate their own energy through rituals that help realign on a spiritual, physical, and mental level. I aspire to be a light for those looking for guidance and motivation. A seasoned event planner by trade, I aim to eliminate the feeling of isolation by creating elevated experiences that allow like-minded individuals to gather and learn tools on self-discovery and healing while building a supportive community.
Born and raised in Queens, New York, where I currently live with my husband and our rescue dog, Jaxson.
